Siri's design evolution continues with iOS 27

After the limited Apple Intelligence launch in 2024 didn't go Apple's way, it was left with a rainbow animation and a less useful Siri. It seems the Siri animation is changing again in iOS 27 to reflect the new underlying models and uses it will have.

Bloomberg's Mark Gurman has clearly had access to a pre-release version of iOS 27, either directly or through a source, and that has been all but confirmed with the latest leak. This time, he went full Prosser and had someone mockup various interfaces that will be introduced on June 8.

I don't have time today to get into things, so follow the link to our coverage at AppleInsider and see it for yourself. Siri is moving to the Dynamic Island, Siri's new app will have a straightforward interface, and Visual Intelligence is in the Camera app.

We knew all this from previous leaks, but now we're seeing a glimpse of it. Though, I'm more interested in what Apple's pitch for these new updates will be. These interface mockups look fine, but how it all works is another question entirely.
